Now that we’ve had fun with our costumes, candy, and chocolates that was Halloween, we now take the time to sit back and remember our departed loved ones. Traditional Filipino observances include offering prayers, masses, candles, and flowers in their honor. Since we’re in the Philippines, family reunions also take place at homes and even at graveyards.
Virtual Squad joins the rest of the country in observing All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days, knowing deep in our minds and hearts, that our friends and family who have gone ahead from this life have merely come home to their Creator. This is a place that we all hope to reach someday where we will all celebrate a grand reunion unlike any other.
